Please note the following important instructions regarding the Convocation Ceremony:
- As per University norms, the Convocation Fee is ₹5,000/-for candidates who wish to attend the Convocation Ceremony and receive their certificate on the day of the event.
- Kindly ensure that the ₹5,000/- Convocation Feeis paid as applicable.
- Candidates are requested to attend the ceremony in neatly pressed formal attire.
- A refundable deposit of ₹500/-must be paid for the convocation gown and cap. The deposit will be refunded after the gown and cap are returned in good condition.
- Each candidate is permitted to bring a maximum of two guests, excluding the candidate.
- Certificates will be issued on the day of the Convocation Ceremony.
- Candidates are requested to report on time (8.30 am) and strictly follow the instructions provided for the smooth conduct of the ceremony.
